This includes nucleation phenomena in condensed matter and elsewhere, and particularly in the area of aerosol formation. General interest in aerosol science, including particle growth and coagulation. Interest in mechanics of complex biomolecules, particularly stranded molecules such as DNA. Interest in systems where the number of participants is small, such that fluctuations are important in the kinetics. This includes cell biochemical processes.
