The Thomas Young Centre (TYC) is an alliance of leading London research groups which exists to address challenges of society and industry through the theory and simulation of materials (TSM).
The TYC can provide a range of services ranging from bespoke training and consultancy to research and development and long-term partnerships. It is an internationally recognised hub of expertise, is at the cutting-edge of developments in the field and their research covers a broad spectrum of industrial sectors.
Computer modelling of materials is now an essential part of the research and development efforts of many of the world’s leading organisations. Simulation methods that the TYC can advise on and provide can routinely used across industry to accelerate product development, increase efficiency, and provide fundamental understanding.
